Petronus Realty is a real estate channel partner, not a developer and not a bank. We introduce buyers and tenants to projects marketed by developers, advise on the options, and support the paperwork through to handover.

Our commission is paid by the developer on a completed transaction. We charge no brokerage to buyers. We state this plainly because it tells you where our commercial interest sits: we are paid when a transaction completes, and you should weigh our advice knowing that.

Listing information — price, carpet and built-up area, floor plans, amenities, possession dates, images and availability — is supplied by developers and owners. We publish it in good faith and check what we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current.

• Prices change without notice and are frequently superseded by a developer's own price list on the day.
• Images may be artist impressions, show flats or stock photography of a comparable unit rather than the exact unit offered.
• Areas may be quoted as carpet, built-up or super built-up, and loading factors differ between developers.
• Possession timelines are the developer's estimate. The enforceable date is the one in the RERA registration.

Nothing on this site is an offer or an invitation to make one, and no contract arises until you and the developer sign one. Verify every material fact independently and through your own advocate before you commit money.

Where a project is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, we publish the registration number on the listing. Where a registration is pending we say so rather than omit it. Always confirm the registration and the approved plans on the relevant state RERA portal before booking.

We are not advocates, chartered accountants or licensed financial advisers. Nothing on this site, including anything published on our blog, is legal, tax, valuation or investment advice. Any figures or market commentary are general information and may be out of date. Take your own professional advice before acting.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or republish listings or content in bulk, or use automated means to access the site beyond ordinary browsing.
• Submit an enquiry using someone else's details, or any information you know to be false.
• Attempt to gain access to the administrative area or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The site design, written content and the Petronus Realty name and mark belong to us. Listing images and project material remain the property of the developers and owners who supplied them. You may share a link to any page freely. You may not reproduce the content elsewhere without our written permission.

We link to developer sites, RERA portals and other external resources for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on listing information that a developer supplied, from a developer's delay or default, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

We may update these terms, and we update the date at the top of the page when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered office location have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
